We offer individual and family therapy for children beginning at age 5, adolescents, and adults of all ages.
For your convenience all of our forms are electronic. Please click the below links to complete your new client paperwork and appropriate waivers. The links are HIPAA compliant and are returned directly to us once completed.
Our providers accept most major insurance companies and plans. If you do not have insurance or would prefer to pay out of pocket we offer extremely competitive rates of $100 for 1-hour sessions.
We do not accept Medicaid.
