Reiki Therapy with Shelly Werts, LCSW, CYT

Reiki was rediscovered in the mid-1800’s by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan.  Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response in the body and helping the body to balance itself from a very deep level to improve both mental and physical wellness.  Reiki allows positive energy to flow into the body through the hands of the practitioner allowing the energy in the body to balance and heal.   Reiki works on the body, mind, and emotions.  Reiki has an innate intelligence and goes wherever needed in the body, helping to cleanse the body of toxins.  Reiki is an adjunctive treatment available in conjunction with counseling or with an individual yoga session, enhancing overall mental wellness.

An individual Reiki session costs $60 and lasts 50 minutes.
Individual Reiki sessions are not covered by insurance. 

Reiki Therapy may be added to any counseling or yoga session at no additional cost.
A Waiver Form is required for adults and teens.
